Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing menus and recommendations.
• Accurately taking orders and ensuring timely service of food and beverages.
• Working closely with kitchen staff to guarantee high standards of presentation and quality.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and helping maintain a high level of morale.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced dining environment.
