Project Manager

Actionline is a Greek company specializing in end-to-end HR & Recruitment solutions since 2011.

On behalf of our client, a Leading architectural Design Firm, we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their dynamic and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and supervising studies and construction works
• Preparing reports and providing updates to the Project Director

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Mechanical Engineering (Technical University / University)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision and coordination of construction sites for building projects
• Relevant experience in office buliding construction and buliding renovations will be considered an asset, as well as experience in similar studies for private or public projects
• Ability to prepare quantity take-offs, measurements, and project budgets
• Excellent Command of English (written and spoken)
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications

Skills

• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Strong analytical and information evaluation skills
• Ability to set priorities and respond promptly to project needs
• Diligence, consistency, and adherence to procedures
• Experience with Law 4412 regarding Public Works will be considered an asset
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Project will be considered an asset
