About the role:

A Boutique Salesperson is responsible for greeting customers as they enter the store and advising them on products available in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Demonstrating a pleasant and positive professional image at all times

·       Providing attentive and personalized service, demonstrating anticipation in the fulfillment of the customer’s needs and requests

·       Providing tailored advice on outfits, colors, styles, and fabrics that will complement the client’s preferences, style and body type, as well as the occasion they’re dressing for

·       Working towards sales maximization and profit for the company

·       Updating knowledge with current fashion trends and principles

·       Providing targeted recommendations and alternatives for clients

·       Responsible for the inventory of the store

Requirements:

·       Minimum 1 year experience in a retail/sales or fashion related position, preferably in a 5 star Hotel’s Boutique or High-end Clothing Brand

·       Excellent command of both Greek and English language (oral and written). Any additional language will be considered as an asset

·       Customer service and problem solving orientation

·       Excellent sense of Fashion and Persuasion Skills
