Role Description:

• Handling of new ship programming software OAS
• Receipt of freight and bunker invoices / category-wise management / database maintenance
• Monitoring of charter party executions
• Communication with relevant departments of the company (piers, refinery scheduling, cargo operators)
• Communication with external partners (brokers, shipowners’ operation)
• Management of invoices and payment orders

Requirements:

• University Degree in Maritime Studies or Economics
• Εxcellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Εxcellent MS Office proficiency
• Εxperience in SAP preferred
