Office & Production Coordinator
We are looking for an Office & Production Coordinator to take a key operational role in the day-to-day functioning of the company and the coordination of our projects.
Role Description
This is not a standard secretary position.
The role is designed for someone who will act as the operational backbone of the company, working closely with the CEO & Executive Producer.
Key responsibilities:
• Coordination and monitoring of projects (pre-production → production → post → delivery)
• Organization of timelines, deadlines and approvals
• Production support and client communication
• Management of the CEO’s calendar, meetings and follow-ups
• Organization of project folders, files and documentation
• Support in pitches and presentations
• Coordination of basic administrative and payment-related follow-ups (in collaboration with accounting)
• Welcoming and assisting clients at the office
Required:
• Experience in an office, coordination, or support role within an agency or production company.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek and English.
• Comfort with Google Drive, Excel, calendars, and presentation tools like Canva.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and calmness under pressure
Nice to have:
• Experience in audiovisual or post-production environments
• Understanding of production workflows
This is not:
• It is not an entry-level position
• It is not a call center or routine admin role
What we offer:
• Net monthly salary: €1,100 – €1,300, depending on experience
