With extensive expertise in hotel management, we are seeking for passionate and service-oriented Waiters/Waitresses to join our restaurant and bar team for the summer season.

Waiters/Waitresses

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly, following service standards.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
• Set up and clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or special preferences.
• Ensure a smooth flow of service by communicating effectively with kitchen and bar teams.
• Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in all service areas.
• Support in-room dining service and poolside orders when needed.
• Assist with the setting up of special events and private dinners as required.
• Represent the values and guest service philosophy of both the hotel and Swot Hospitality.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in boutique hotels or fine dining.
• Positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene standards.
