SWOT Hospitality is excited to announce an opening for the position of
Front Office Agent
at the Kampos Paros hotel, part of the Hyatt brand.
Requirements
As a Front Office Agent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing exceptional service to guests upon arrival and throughout their stay, focusing on check-in and check-out procedures.
- Welcoming guests and conducting the registration process, ensuring that all necessary identification and payment details are obtained in accordance with hotel policies.
- Managing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly to ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Assisting in upselling hotel services and promotions to enhance revenue.
- Coordinating with various hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining thorough knowledge of hotel amenities and local attractions to provide accurate information to guests.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding guest accommodations and reservations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills, fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is desirable.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
